Barbara Scully O'Leary

O’LEARY, Barbara (Scully) Of Summerville, SC, formerly of Sagamore Beach, MA and wife of the late Patrick J. O’Leary, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 22, 2018, she was 88.
Born and raised in Dorchester, MA, Barbara was a daughter of the late Martin J. Scully and Sigrid (Hook) Morris. She was educated in Boston Schools, and went on to work as a Manager in the New England Telephone Company for 30 years. She enjoyed quilting, fine needle work, playing scrabble with her husband and reading mystery novels. She had a generous heart and helped many charities over her lifetime.
Barbara is survived by her daughters Christine O’Leary-Eldred, Nancy M. Gulliksen, Lenore M. Kieseling, all of Summerville, SC and two grandsons, Marcus A. LaRocca of Yarmouthport, MA and Lucas R. Kieseling of Summerville, SC.
Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Patrick J. O’Leary, Loving sister of the late Helen V. Calnan, of Summerville SC, and the late Martin J. Scully, and Margaret Reece. She was also the loving mother of the late Patricia O’Leary formerly of Yarmouthport, MA, and the grandmother of the late Ryan Kieseling.
