Charlsie (Brock) Mills

Charlsie Brock Mills, 82, Goose Creek, formerly from Euarts KY, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was born in Harlan, KY to the late Charlie and Gladys Brock. She was a retired school teacher and land home maker. Survivors include daughters, Linda Thomas Scottsburg, IN and Virginia Skidmore and her husband Bill of Mt. Pleasant, SC; son Samuel Mills and his wife Debra of Goose Creek, SC; brother Doug Brock and his wife Geraldine of Cincinnati, OH, sisters, Brenda Cook of Cincinnati OH and her husband Shelby of Reidsville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Jessie Thomas, Ethan Thomas, Samantha Thomas, Megan Skidmore, Shane Skidmore, and Joshua Skidmore of Mt. Pleasant and West Ashley South Carolina; eight great grandchildren Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Samuel Edward Mills, Sr.
