Claudia F. Buenting

October 21, 2016. Claudia was born on July 9, 1927 in Martinsburg, MO to the late Joseph Fennewald and Agnes Arens. She married Eugene L. Buenting on April 18, 1949, and soon moved to Charleston, SC. Claudia is survived by her husband, 5 children and their spouses, 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday October 26, 2016 from 7-9 at the McAlister-Smith Funeral Home 2501 Bees Ferry Road. Her Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held privately in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to The Victory House, 2461 Sidneys Rd. Walterboro, SC 29488, where her husband currently resides with Alzheimer’s.
