Donna Arlene Peterson

Donna Arlene Peterson, 79, of Summerville, passed away April 25, 2016. Born in Long Beach, CA, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Rose Logsdon and wife to the late Lloyd Peterson. Arlene retired from Giant Cement and enjoyed knitting, playing Mahjong and socializing with her friends at the Villages of Summerville. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Charleston. She is survived by her sons, Bill Peterson and wife Karen of Moncks Corner and Tom Peterson of Hanahan; grandchildren, Joseph, Priscilla, Leah and Bryan; great grandchildren, Corrine, Mackenzie and Caleb. Arlene was predeceased by her daughter, Kristine Peterson. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in The Villages of Summerville Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:00 a.m. prior to service and after the service.
