Earle C. Carroll (Capdeville)

Earle C. Carroll, age 97, died June 8, 2016 in her home. Earle was the daughter of Marion Joseph Capdevielle and Anne Rhodes Capdevielle of New Orleans, LA; she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Carroll of Charleston, SC. Surviving are sons Thomas W. Carroll wife Darlene and Robert M. Carroll wife Cathy, daughters Anne C. Haun husband David and Elizabeth C. DiCarlo husband Tony, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was a bookkeeper at the Country Club of Charleston and a volunteer at Roper Hospital. She enjoyed reading and gardening and being with family and friends. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and was very generous to both family and friends. The family wishes to thank Southern Care Hospice and her caregivers for the love and care given her in her final years. Visitation with family will be at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday July 2nd at 3:00pm. Graveside burial service will follow at 4:00pm.
