Elsie Kellett Verner (Kellett)

Elsie Kellett Verner, 87, died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Verner was born in Greenville, SC to the late Sam and Dovie Kellett. Married fifty-five years, she was the widow of the late Fred D. Verner. Elsie was a longtime member of James Island Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her 2 sons: Arthur V. Verner (Martha) of Johns Island and Anthony B. Verner (Bernice) of Baltimore, MD; 4 grandchildren: Ben, Jennifer, Megan and Duncan Verner and 2 great-grandsons: Reed and Jack Verner. A funeral service will be held for Mrs. Verner on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:00am at James Island Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
