Eugene John Doskocz

Eugene John Doskocz, 92, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on October 26, 2018.
He was born on February 17, 1926 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, son of Nellie Sylak and John Doskocz.
Eugene was preceded in death by his daughter Trish Doskocz Ekiss, his parents, and sister, Henrietta Kubacki.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Doskocz, his children Donna and Simon Rodriguez and John and Fiona Doskocz, and grandchildren Simon, Patrick, Erin, Kara, Daniel, Tyler and Evan.
Eugene was a World War II veteran in the Army/Air Force. He was an Industrial Draftsman, until he retired from Fluor Daniel Corporation at age 68. He was a life member of the Polish Falcons. He enjoyed dancing and planning a wide variety of family events. One of his greatest accomplishments was being happily married to the same woman for 63 years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 950 Darrell Creek Trail, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466; on Tuesday, November 6th , 2018 at 11AM.
