Frances V. Stoughton (Hotchkiss)

Frances Hotchiss Stoughton, 91, wife of the late Lt. Col. Harry I. Stoughton, died on Friday, March 4, 2016 in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Private burial will be March 19, 2016 in Bloomfield, NJ. She was born on Thursday, November 20, 1924 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late Mrs. Laura B. McCabe and the late Mr. Leo C. Hotchkiss. She is survived by two sons, Richard H. Stoughton (Mamie), Charleston, SC and Mark E. Stoughton, Howell (Diane), of Howell, NJ; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her honor to Sand Piper Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 1049 Anna Knapp Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 .
