James Harry 'Jimmy' Tindall

James 'Jimmy' H. Tindall, 55, of Charleston, SC, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016. He was born on Tuesday, June 21, 1960, in Charleston, SC, son of the late Elizabeth Ricker Tindall and the late Price Tindall. Jimmy attended Charleston High School and St. John’s High School. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his many nieces and nephews at the playground and the beach. Jimmy was a collector of odd items that were special to him. His family will remember him as a loving father and husband. Besides his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his brother, John William Tindall. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sherry Snyder Tindall of Charleston, SC; two sons: Craig Snyder of Charleston, SC and James Tindall of Charleston, SC; one daughter, Lauren Tindall of Charleston, SC; three grandchildren: Caleb Peagler, Chloe Brogdon and Caroline Snyder; two sisters, Peggy Coste and her husband, Burnette, of Johns Island, SC and Nancy Ensley of Hanahan, SC; his brother, Charles LeRoy Tindall of Hanahan, SC; several nieces and nephews; and his best friend Dennis Redick and his wife, Deanna, of Charleston, SC. The family is planning a private celebration of Jimmy’s life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 5 St. Teresa Drive, Charleston, SC 29407.
