Jason James Tsokalas, 24, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018.
Jason was born on July 20, 1993 in Hartford, CT to Jim and Rachael Tsokalas. He was a musician and composer. His natural talent and passion for music was something that amazed anyone who heard him play.
In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by Joseph DeFrancesco (grandfather), Joseph DeFrancesco Jr. (Uncle), Rose DeFrancesco (Aunt), Anthony Tsokalas (Uncle), Jinger Kalin (Cousin) and many other family members from the Tsokalas clan.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 23rd 2018 3-5 PM.
