Jose A. Moreno, 69 of Summerville, SC, husband of Candida J Moreno, passed away on December 01, 2020.
Jose was born April 20, 1951, in San Marcos, Honduras a son of Aurellia Rosa Moreno and Miguel Mejia.
Jose primarily worked in construction during his lifetime. He was a devoted father and a true family man who loved and enjoyed his time spent with his family more than anything.
Survivors in addition to his wife Candida are his children, Oscar, Isaac,Ana, and Jorge, Dania and Joseph Darrell, Israel and Karen Tovar, Noe and Jenny Romero, and Elssy and Nicholas Sterling. Siblings Claver, Margarito, Joaquin, Will, Lucrecia and Juventina. His grandchildren Yasser, Nicholas, Leah, Sophia, Daniel, Carlos, Karelis, Samara, Lennox, Galilea, Isabella, Vivian, Anthony, Yeimi, Debora, Ceny and Anabel.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral Home Chapel located at 859 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445 There will be a service held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Goose Creek, SC. The burial will be held on Saturday following the service at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485
