Judith Lynn Knight

Judith Lynn Knight, 68, of Summerville, SC died April 21, 2015. Born in Chattanooga, TN, she was the daughter of the late Gary and Martha Farley and wife to Marvin P. Knight, Jr. She graduated from Winthrop University and received her Master’s Degree from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX. She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Marvin P. Knight, Jr.; two sons, Pierce Knight and wife Fowler of Houston, TX and Marc Knight and wife Laura of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three grandchildren, Landry Knight, Sterling Knight and Alex Knight; sister, Mary Hutcheson of Springfield, TN. She was a lifelong educator who was particularly proud to have taught in the Lindsay, Texas ISD for many of those years. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 24, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church, 316 W. Carolina Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483.
