Kathryn Weathers Long

Kathryn W. Long, 96, of Charleston S.C., a homemaker and wife of the late G.S. Long, passed away on the morning of November 20, 2018.
Kathryn was born on September 11, 1922 in St. George, S.C. to the late James O. Weathers and the late Claire Weathers.
Kathryn was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church for 65 years. During that time, she was a member of the Wesley Fellowship Sunday School Class and the Blocker-Leitch-Weathers Circle.
Kathryn is survived by her two sons, Robert Long (Linda) of Summerville, S.C. and John Long of Charleston, S.C.; one daughter, Kathryn Thomas of Charleston, S.C.; four granddaughters, Shelley Caraviello (Chris), Ashley Falls (Scott), Jenny Juhasz (Mike) and Courtney Milster (Erik) and two great grandchildren, Logan and Julianna.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Live Oak Memorial Gardens located at 3093 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC 29414.
