Kay Singletary Conroy, 58, of Goose Creek, South Carolina passed away, Wednesday, December 26, 2018. She was born on May 21, 1960 in Charleston, South Carolina to Kenneth Singletary and Anita Sandefur Singletary.
She was married on November 28, 1981 to James (Jim) Conroy. Before retiring Kay was an accountant for their family business. She loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Mrs. Conroy is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Conroy Biondo, son Jimmy Conroy and his wife; Her mother Anita Singletary; brothers Gene Singletary and Paul Singletary; grandchildren: Ryan, Zachary, Kaylee, William, Autumn, and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Conroy and daughter Melissa Conroy Dunn: as well as her father Kenneth Singletary.
The family will receive friends on Thursday January 3, 2019 from 12:00-1:00 PM at The Chapel of The Holy Spirit, 526 College Park Road, Ladson, SC 29456. The Celebration of Life Services will be held in the same location, immediately following from 1:00-2:00 PM. A burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens in North Charleston, SC.
