Michael A. Steburg

Michael A. Steburg, 74, of Moncks Corner, died Thursday, October 20, 2016 Born in Ford Dodge, Iowa to the late Darraline Carpenter. Michael joined the United States Army and retired after 22 years. He served in the Vietnam War, where he received two Purple Hearts and three Bronze Stars. Michael also retired from Bosch. Survivors include his wife Sybille Steburg of Moncks Corner; son, Shaun (Dianne) Steburg of Moncks Corner; and grandsons Christopher, Nickolaus, and Cameron Douglas. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his daughter, Michelle Douglas. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 11:00 am at Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner.
