He was born on January 19, 1949 in Bethesda, Maryland, son of the late Dorothy Tanner Bullock and the late Mack Bullock.
Michael was preceded in death by his son Myles Bullock.
He is survived by his brother Patrick Bullock (Susan) and his sister Sandra Bullock (Ernest Jenkins).
