Norman G. Weiner

Norman G. Weiner, 84, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014 in Charleston, SC. Mr. Weiner was born on April 19, 1930 in Youngstown, OH. He spent his adult life as a businessman on Long Island, NY and retired to South Carolina in 1994. Mr. Norman was of the Jewish faith. He is survived by his wife of fifty six years, Maria S. Weiner; two daughters, Andrea Weiner-LaRosa of Long Island, NY and Karen DiLiberto of Mt. Pleasant; son, Jon E. Weiner of Mt. Pleasant; three grandchildren, Alexander DiLiberto, Michael and Natalie LaRosa; brother, David Weiner of California; four sisters, Shirley and Marion of Massachusetts and Doris and Gail of Florida. Mr. Norman was loved by his family, grandchildren and family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014 in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL. Entombment will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner.
