Born on October 17, 1934 in Beards Fork, WV, Peggy was the daughter of the late John Nibert and Nell Marie Young Nibert.
Peggy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A active member of First Baptist Church of Goose Creek, SC
Peggy is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert A Lambert, Brothers John (Eleanor) Nibert; Ray Harless; sisters Agatha (Pappy) Carver, Bonnie (Pikie) Dickinson
Peggy is survived by her daughter Dee Anne Avant (Rayford A Avant Jr.) two granddaughters Shanna Wright and Crystal Avant. Two great granddaughters Brooke Wright and Taliyah Avant - Brown along with many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church at 141 St. James Ave Goose Creek, SC 29445
