Philip F. Wingate

Philip F. Wingate was born in Charleston, SC on October 28, 1937 to Elias Speights Wingate and Anne Steinmeyer Wingate. He was a retired boiler maker from Local 687 and owned his own business, Low Country Cabinet Refacing. Philip F. Wingate departed this life on January 2, 2017. He as preceeded in death by his Parents, his Brother Billy Wingate and his Son Philip (Freddie) Wingate. He leaves behind His wife Dianna Wingate of Charleston; Sons Philip S. Wingate (Katherine) of Hanahan, SC, John Edward Wingate, of Eolia, KY, and Beau Hudson of Charleston, SC; Stepdaughter Quita Light (Jonathan) of N. Charleston, SC, sisters Jacqueline Walker (Earl) of Ravenel, SC and Elizabeth Kinlaw (Jamey) of Bonneau Beach, SC; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
