Robert F Grant, 76 of Summerville, SC, husband of 50 years to Carole Ingram Grant, entered into eternal rest on November 2, 2020, surrounded by his loving family.
Robert was born on June 25, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA a son of the late Robert M Grant and Lois Jane Grant.
Robert retired from the United States Navy and worked for several years as a designer for military contracting companies. He became a Clemson Master Gardener and enjoyed volunteering at Mepkin Abbey.
In addition to his wife Carole, Robert is survived by a son, John Raynor and wife Karen of Durand, Michigan, a daughter Wendy McAllister of Ladson and three grandchildren, Skylar McAllister, Jay Raynor and Samantha McAllister.
There will be a graveside service held at Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens, located at 3044 Old U.S. 52, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 on Friday, November 6th, 2020 at 2pm. Entombment will follow at Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens.
