On March 28th, 2026, at 53 years old, Arlie Wing Fisher Morgan, a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away in Charleston, South Carolina.

She was the doting mother of Kilian Day Morgan, adoring eldest sister to Abby, Ann, and Alexandra, and cherished daughter to Rear Admiral Todd and Dr. Myra Fisher. Arlie was a bright, bubbly, and energetic spirit whose infectious laugh brightened the day of anyone who had the pleasure of being near her. She derived great joy from motherhood, spending time with her beloved Pomeranians, reading on her dock with her sister Abby, enjoying Charleston’s cuisine, and keeping up with Bravo TV. Whether it was arranging florals, creating an ornate table setting, or cooking a thoughtful meal, Arlie had a special talent of turning a regular event into a festive occasion.

Arlie was born on February 4th, 1973, at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland. She grew up in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area and graduated from McLean High School. After getting her esthetician’s license, she teamed up with her sisters to open the highly successful “Sisters3,” a lingerie and waxing store, in Arlington, Virginia. After living in Arlington for over a decade, Arlie relocated with her sister, Abby, to Charleston - she had a deep appreciation for the city’s charm and proximity to the water. Over the last 15 years, Arlie stayed in the beauty industry; most recently working at CosBar, where she forged great friendships and loved helping clients feel their best. Although Arlie held multiple professional and personal titles, such as “Honey” or “Aunt Sparkly,” the most important title to her was “Mother.” Arlie’s daughter Kilian meant the world to her, and she took the utmost pride in raising her.

Arlie is survived by her daughter, Kilian Day Morgan; her parents, Rear Admiral Todd and Dr. Myra Fisher; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Abby Hayes, Clay and Ann Small, and Scott and Alexandra Helms. Arlie is also fondly remembered by her two nieces Shelby and Morgan, and her two nephews Walker and Tinsley. And she is now reunited with her adoring namesake grandmother, Arlie Halcomb.
