Carole Jeanne Campbell

Carole Jeanne Campbell, 84 of Charleston, SC, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Born on September 30, 1939 in Cincinnati, OH, she was a daughter of the late Jeanette Humble (Mann) and James Humble.

Jeanne was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and lived in Westchester, OH until 1994 when she and her husband moved to Macon, GA, where she resided until recently.

Jeanne was an avid member of the Macon Garden Club, and enjoyed entertaining, playing bridge, painting, and cooking.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her husband, John Campbell; sister, Cheryl Humble and brother, Jim Humble. 

She is survived by her two children, Jay Campbell of Medina, OH and Jill Marcacci of Charleston, SC, as well as seven grandchildren: Drew, Henry, Katelyn, Michael, Jaden, Austin and Scarlett.

Jeanne's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 3:00 pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation - Mount Pleasant, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
