Colleen Ellen Griffin

Colleen Ellen Griffin passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 89. She was born in Belle  Plaine, KS and had lived in Wichita, KS; Denver, CO; Lamar, CO; Wellsboro, PA; Wellington, KS; Arden, NC; Pittsford, NY and resided on Isle Of Palms, SC at the time of her death.

Colleen is survived by her two daughters; Malia Daniels of Folsom, CA; Tamye (Richard) Lozyniak of Isle Of Palms, SC; five grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, George Griffin; one granddaughter, Amy Jo Clark; her parents, Roy and Hazel Waugh; and six brothers and one sister.

Colleen was the youngest of eight siblings and loved being surrounded by family, baking and quilting. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

A private family service will be held in Belle Plaine, KS at a future date.
