David Anthony Lynn

David Anthony Lynn, 64 of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Born in Virginia on November 14, 1960, Dave was the son of the late Emily and Noel Lynn. Raised on Sullivan's Island, Dave was an avid fisherman, spending much of his free time on the water. Dave attended Sullivan's Island Elementary, Christ Our King Stella Maris School, and Bishop England High School. He graduated from Clemson University in 1984 and was a diehard Clemson Tiger.

If he wasn't in Death Valley catching a Tigers football game, you could find Dave on the island taking out the boat, looking for wild blackberries, or walking with one of his two beloved chocolate labs, Bailey and Tigerlilly. Generally on the reserved side, Dave was quick witted, curious, inventive, and adventurous.

Dave is survived by his wife (Theresa), children (David and Katie), and his two brothers (Noel and Bobby).
