Eunice C. Greiman

Eunice C. Greiman, 93, of Mount Pleasant, SC, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Born on August 21, 1930, in Hoyleton, IL, she was the daughter of Albert and Linda Schierbecker.

Eunice loved her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and would take many road trips visiting Chicago and Omaha. She also enjoyed her community at Zion Lutheran Church and All Saints Lutheran Church. Her faith was very important to her. She made many memories playing bridge and card games with her sister and brother-in-law and many others in Belleville and Mt. Pleasant.

Eunice worked for Lutheran Child and Family Services for many years until she retired at the age of 65. She found joy in seeing many deserving families meet their adoptive child for the first time.

Eunice is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Greiman; her parents, Albert and Linda Schierbecker; and her brother, Robert Schierbecker (Wanda).

Eunice is survived by her son, Stephen Greiman (Kay); daughters, Deborah Fayman (Paul) and Sandra Deppe (Tim); her sister, Lucille Maschhoff (Lloyd); grandchildren: Brent Deppe (Beth), Alyssa Gracely (Aaron), Steven Greiman (Melanie), Taylor Hojnowski (Phil), Max Greiman, and Paul Fayman; and great-grandchildren: Cora Deppe, Eden Deppe, Ella Sophia Greiman, Charlotte Hojnowski, Henry Gracely, Hudson Greiman, and June Hojnowski.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024, at All Saints Lutheran Church, 2107 North Highway 17, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. A reception will follow at All Saints Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Lutheran Church.
