Everett "Papa" Croxton, 72 years old, died December 8, 2022, after a long illness.

Much of his career was dedicated to housing code enforcement and real estate appraisal. He later earned a degree in networking and retired from IT support contracting in 2017.

Everett was a world traveler, having visited Europe, Japan and many places in the United States. He was a lover of animals and shared a special bond with his dog, Chloe. He was a man of humor, good bourbon, and voice of reason. He will be missed by his family and friends.

A private celebration of life will be held at a future date.
