Frances Lee Roberts

Frances "Francie" Lee Roberts, 81, of Charleston, entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2021, surrounded by loved ones and family.
A native of California, Pennsylvania, Frances was a daughter of the late Leo Samuel Roberts and Frances Rose Roberts. She is remembered by her three children, Gretchen Lee Sparacino and her husband Frank of Charleston, SC, Jason Roberts Hinkel and his wife Amy of Southlake, TX, and Christopher Allan Hinkel of Cambodia, as well as her brother, Leo Samuel Roberts, Jr. his wife, Ann, and their two children, Leanne and Alan.
Frances led a distinguished career as a highly regarded nurse anesthetist, bringing comfort and healing to many. She was an avid animal lover and is survived by her French bulldog, Clara. She was best known for her take-charge attitude to life, a solid work ethic, and her achievements in the kitchen.
Francie was a proud grandmother to Margaret, Joseph, Sam, Leo, Charlie, Tessa, and Jacob.
A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date.
