It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Furman Perry Brown, a beloved son, friend, and avid motorcycle lover, who tragically left us at the age of 21 on November 30, 2024. Furman's life, though far too short, was full of passion, laughter, and love.
Born on February 4, 2003, Furman grew up with an adventurous spirit and a heart as big as his dreams. He had a deep love for music, motorcycles and finding freedom and joy in every turn on the open road of life. His love for riding was not just a hobby, but a way of life, and it reflected his vibrant personality-bold, fearless, and always seeking the next adventure. His friends and family will forever remember him for the excitement he brought to every ride, the way his presence lit up a room, and the countless hours spent with his motorcycle family.
Furman was someone who could always be counted on. His infectious smile, easygoing nature and goofy personality made him a friend to everyone he met. Whether you knew him for years or only a few moments, his warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. He never hesitated to lend a hand, offer a listening ear, or share a smile. His loyalty to those he loved was unwavering, and his circle of friends was vast, all of whom will carry his memory with them always.
In addition to his love for motorcycles, Furman had an immense passion for life and a natural ability to bring people together. He loved to make others happy and was a constant source of joy and happiness for his friends and family. He cherished every moment spending time with his friends.
Furman is survived by his parents, Janet and Scott Brown and his sister, Hayden who will forever cherish the time they had with him. He will also be deeply missed by his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His memory will live on in the stories shared by those who loved him, and his spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him.
A celebration of Furman's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Visitation will be held the evening prior from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., and friends and family are invited to come together to honor and remember him.
Ride on, Furman. You will forever be in our hearts, and your spirit will always be with us on every road, every turn, and every journey we take.
