Gregory Bruce Gould

Gregory Bruce Gould, 68, of Johns Island, SC, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022.

Born on June 30, 1954, in Chillicothe, MO, he was a son of the late Jennie Sawyer Gould and Alfred Dale Gould.

Greg fought a courageous battle with cancer.  He kept a positive attitude and proved many wrong with his determination to continue on with fishing and camping, despite the challenges of his declining health.  Greg always had a smile on his face through it all. Greg never gave up on his love for the Kansas City Chiefs and followed them throughout his life. 

Greg was a very successful automobile salesman for Morris Nissan for many years and was most often the top salesman, which gained him national recognition with Nissan.  

Besides his parents, Gregory is preceded in death by by his father, Dale Gould; mother, Jennie Butler; his only son, Ian Gould; his brother, Tom Gould and sister, Cathy Gould. Greg lost his brother in 2022 just four days apart.  

Gregory is survived by his sisters, Pam Gould and Amy Rogers; brothers, Sean Gould and Patrick Gould and stepmother, Patricia Thomassen.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Parish.  A memorial service will be private with family at a later date.  The family would like to thank Sheri Barker for taking care of Greg through this difficult time and Patricia Thomassen who was able to stay with Greg these past few weeks to represent the family.
