Jack Dennis Lee, 75, of Summerville, South Carolina, joined his wife Terri Lee, in eternal rest on Monday, September 27.
Born in Ventura, California, on June 6, 1946, Jack was the son of the late Mary Jansenius and Wallace Lee. He was the oldest of four siblings and was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Libby.
Jack was a veteran of the Navy who loved Carolina football, playing poker, and smoking cigars. He enjoyed playing golf and hosted annual golf tournaments for over 20 years. Jack was a lifelong animal lover. He was a member of the Fellowship Society of Charleston and served as its president (2011 - 2012) and as an officer. He was passionate about supporting Camp Happy Days.
Jack is survived by sister Terry Jones (Paul), sister Lisa Harrell (Thomas), step-father Hubert Jansenius (Annette), daughter Robin Kline (Kimberly), son Steven Lee (Karen), nephew William Duke Jr., niece Candace Babb, niece Caroline Harrell Baum (Edward), nephew Matthew Blevins (Cheryl), niece Amanda Blevins, best friend Richard Croucher, extended family and many friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial for Jack at the Fellowship Society (1035 Jenkins Road, Charleston SC) on October 16th, 2021 at noon. It will be followed by a private interment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack`s memory may be sent to Camp Happy Days.
