Jacqueline Badger Morrison

Jacqueline Badger Jennings Morrison, 88, of Charleston, SC, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Born on September 12, 1934, in Gaffney, SC, she was a daughter of the late Jeanette Kendrick Badger and Fred Badger.

Jackie was a member of Grace On The Ashley Baptist Church. She enjoyed her ladies quilting group and treasured Pastor Greg Smith.  She retired from CCSD as a cafeteria manager of both Middleton High School and Ashley River Elementary.  She served a number of years as state President of the School Food Service Association and was a National President. 

Besides her parents, Jacqueline is preceded in death by 2 sisters; 2 brothers; 2 husbands; daughter, Cynthia Jennings and grandchild, Benjamin Belaustegui.

Jacqueline is survived by her children, Yvonne Phillips (Calvin) and Clayton Jennings (Betty; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 27 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home West Ashley.
