James Edward Johnson, 69 of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Born on February 10, 1956, in Mobile, Alabama, he was a son of the late Beatrice Chandler Johnson and James Johnson.

Eddie believed things should be "done in decency, in order, and in a timely fashion" 1 Cor 14:40. He liked to Shag dance where he and Pamela would dance on the pier. He also enjoyed fishing and golf.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Pamela Johnson; daughter, Tina and husband, Jeff Travelstead; their 4 sons: Levi, Dawson, Benjamin, and Sebastian; his son, Lucas and his wife, Miranda Johnson; their 3 boys: Sullivan, Sterling, and Slater; his son, Clinton Johnson and wife; brothers: Glen and Nina, Bobby and Kim.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Northwood Baptist Church, 2200 Greenridge Rd in Charleston, South Carolina. The burial will follow at Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
