Jill Renee Brooks. Born February 19, 1979 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Died July 4, 2026 at 47 years old. Jill is survived by her mother Linda S. Brooks, her father Lance E. Brooks, her sister Sara Grace Brooks and her grandfather Donald L. Brooks (Doris). Other surviving family include (2) Aunts and an Uncle in Florida and (2) Aunts in Alabama and all their families. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Jill was preceded by her Grandmother Grace Stephenson Swett, her Grandfather Courtland Ritchie Swett II and her Grandmother Katie Benson (Brooks).

Jill, a 1999 graduate of Stratford High School, fought her disease, Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia - SPG11 for 27 years with a will and strength given to her by God. She has left her favorite person and best friend Sara to continue the fight. Her cat Romeo, the current member of her black cat legacy was right by her side as she went to heaven.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026 at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home in Goose Creek.
