Kevin Lamar Green, 29 of Ladson, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Born on October 12, 1996 in Charleston, SC, Kevin was a son of Antoinette Green and Timothy Attwood.

Kevin "KG" was young, wild, and free. He was likable, lovable, and uniquely original. There wasn't a room he could walk into without making a friend, or at the very least, an acquaintance. Kevin had a way of making people feel comfortable and welcome, and his easy smile and sense of humor drew people to him wherever he went. He was deeply loved by his children, his siblings, and his family, who will always cherish his memory.

Whether he was spending time with his children, going to the lake, seeing family, or fishing with friends, Kevin lived life with spirit and fervor. He loved being around the people he cared about and was always ready with a laugh, a story, or a crazy song and dance.

His energy, laughter, and presence left a mark on everyone who knew him. Kevin's heart was as big as the world, and there was no one he wouldn't help.

There will never be another like Kevin. The world has truly lost a beautiful soul. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. We take comfort in entrusting him to God's care, trusting that His love surrounds Kevin, now and always.

Kevin is preceded in death by his grandmother, Cinder Walters.

Kevin is survived by his parents and his children: Kaiden, Adrian and Baby W; sister, Alexis Schmidt; brother, Justin Attwood; niece, Charlotte; nephew, Graham; girlfriend, Alexus; aunt, Michelle; and uncles: Frank and Jimmy.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home in Goose Creek. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home in Goose Creek. Please wear some form of green accessory in honor of Kevin.
