Kim Sing Lam

Kim Sing Lam, 70 of Goose Creek, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

Born on December 15, 1954 in Hong Kong, he was the son of Diang Yee and the late So Lam.

Sing worked as a cook for various Chinese restaurants (Pagoda, Great Wall, Wok 'N Roll, Grand Buffet) throughout the lowcountry, including owning his own Pagoda in North Charleston in the 90's. Sing enjoyed spending time with his family in Hong Kong. He enjoyed food, mahjong, bowling, and Chinese soap operas.

Sing is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Wan Lam; mother, Diang Yee; son, Gavin Lam; daughter, Jennifer Koronkowski; brother, Ming Lam; sisters: Fanny Lam and Judy Lam; and grandson, Liam Lam.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home in Goose Creek, South Carolina.
