Lillian Marie Queen

Lillian Queen, 90, of Summerville, SC, entered into her eternal rest surrounded by family on Monday, April 4, 2022. She was married to James Leonard Queen for 57 years before his passing in 2011.
Born on July 19, 1931 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lillian was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary McLain, and is survived by her children James Michael Queen (Carol), Karen Rosenlehner (Marcus) and Tina Queen and one grandson James Lawrence Queen. She was also sister to Frank, Richard, Daniel, Joseph, and John McLain.
Lillian was a registered nurse in Philadelphia for many years before retiring to South Carolina. She loved to work in the garden and was often seen walking her dogs around the neighborhood. She was dearly loved, and she will be greatly missed.
A memorial service and interment will take place at Saint Michaels Catholic Church in Murrells Inlet, SC. Time and date for the service will be announced soon.
