Lamar Annette Sallee, 60, of Summerville, SC, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Born on June 7, 1963, in Temple, TX, Lamar was the daughter of the late Judith Ann Adams Sallee and the late Donald Wayne Sallee, Sr.

Lamar first and foremost was a proud US Navy Veteran. Lamar, always kind and genuine, was on a quest to find the good in every person she came into contact with daily. Most importantly, Lamar loved her family, especially all her cousins, nieces, and nephews; indeed, her friends and coworkers at Boeing were truly the wind beneath her wings. Her two true loves were her cats.

In addition to her parents, Lamar is preceded in death her brother, Jeff Sallee.

Lamar is survived by her sister, Deborah Sallee Stone; brother, Donald Sallee Jr; sister-in-law, April Bailey; her nieces Desiree Barbee, Patty Blanchette, Sophia Raymond, Elisabeth Hayes and her nephews David Sallee, Mason Bailey, Jacob Sallee, and Jameson Sallee.
