Born on February 26, 1934 in Chazy, New York, he was a son of the late Elizabeth Ritchie Bursey and Adolphus Bursey.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation in Goose Creek. There will be a Celebration of Life immediately following at 11:00 AM.
