Mackensey "Mack" Chester Griffiths, 33, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
Mack was born on September 5, 1991, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Susan Nagel Griffiths and Cadvan Griffiths, III.
Mack was deeply loved by everyone who knew him. Known for his kindness, humor, and generous spirit, Mack was devoted to his friends and family. He was known for his love of the gym, where he found both strength and community. Mack made friends everywhere he went. He had a special bond with his work friends from The Alchemist and East Bay Deli who were like a second family to him. Mack made a lasting impact on children battling cancer through Camp Happy Days and Courageous Kidz where he served as a role model in both his actions and his heart. Mack was often referred to as the "glue" in his family. He brought everyone together and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether helping a friend or a stranger, Mack led by example and left the world better than he found it.
Mackensey is survived by his parents, Susan Griffiths (Nagel) and Cadvan Griffiths III; his brothers: Daniel (Joy) Griffiths, David (Katie) Griffiths, Vance (Kaitlyn) Griffiths, and Colby (Taylor) Griffiths; his grandmother, Marie Norz; his beloved nieces and nephews: Baylee Anne Griffiths, Sophia Griffiths, Iris Griffiths, Webster Griffiths, Kora Griffiths, and Sunny Griffiths; and several close aunts and uncles.
Mack is preceded in death by Arthur Norz, Cadvan Owen Griffiths Jr., Barbara F. Griffiths and Barbara G. Griffiths.
