Marion Elaine Fleckenstein, 75, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026. 

Born on November 20, 1950, in Norwich, England, Marion was the daughter of the late Phyllis Ida Fawcett Gooch and the late Walter Gooch. 

Marion is survived by her husband of 58 years, Gene Fleckenstein; sons, Matthew Fleckenstein and Benjamin Fleckenstein; daughter-in- law, Angie Fleckenstein; and grandchildren: Haley Godec, Kelsey Fleckenstein and Noah Fleckenstein. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pet Direct Relief, Good 360, and Give Will.
