Michael Allen Stevens, 75, of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Born on July 14, 1950, in Arlington, Virginia, he was the son of the late Naomi Wren Stevens and the late John Stevens.

Mike was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast and loved playing golf, hunting, fishing, dancing and traveling. He loved spending time with his kids, Eric and Julia, and especially with his grandchildren: Michael, Taylor, Alyssa and Ryan. He loved his wife, Ginny, and would do things he didn't want to do if she said she was doing them. He was appreciated by many for his special blend of Mikeritas. He loved to tease and had a great sense of humor. His huge smile will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Stevens and his father, John Stevens; the mother of his children, Terry Potts Stevens; and his stepson, Blaine (BJ) Schmoeckel.

Mike is survived by his wife, Ginny Clem Stevens; his son, Eric Stevens; his daughter, Julia Stevens Megill (Mike Megill); his grandsons, Michael and Ryan; and his granddaughters, Taylor (Zack) and Alyssa (Daren); stepson, Christopher Schmoeckel; step grandson, Owen; his brother, Ron Stevens (Sheryl) and sister, Linda Stevens Jazo (Mike).

Mike did not want a funeral. His celebration of life will be held at a later date in Virginia where he lived all of his life except the last four months.

Donations should go to curing Alzheimer's and dementia.
