Ms. Pamela Gayle Lamb, 71 of Hanahan, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. 

Pamela was born on November 11, 1952 in Savannah, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Saddie Lamb (McGee) and the late A. L. Lamb. 

Pamela worked for the Department of the Navy for 45 years at the Naval Hospital in Charleston and the Naval Medical Clinic at Joint Base Charleston.  She was a longtime member of the Berkeley County Republican Party and the Berkeley County Election Commissioner.  Pamela was a life long lover of the Cokesbury Hymnal, Kenny Rogers, and the Allman Brothers.  She was an active member at the North Charleston United Methodist Church. Pamela was a huge fan of all Gamecocks sports including the marching band.  

In addition to her parents, Pamela is also preceded in death by her siblings Bobby, Becky, Jesse, and Randy.

Pamela is survived by her son, Zachary Lamb of Hanahan, South Carolina.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at North Charleston United Methodist Church, 1125 E Montague Ave in North Charleston, South Carolina.
