Piper Quinn Zuraw

Piper Quinn Zuraw entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 6th, 2026. She was held in the arms of her parents and surrounded by love for the last several hours of her life.

Born on May 21st at 23 weeks and 6 days gestation and weighing just 1lb 4oz, Piper fought incredibly hard for every second of her 16 day life. While she was never able to leave the four walls of her NICU room during her short life, Piper was an example of strength to everyone who met her. Her perfect little face radiated purity and innocence, and every doctor and nurse that participated in her care commented on how precious she was- truly made in the image & likeness of our Creator.

Piper is survived by her mother and father, Jonathan & Elena Zuraw, her big sister Charlie, grandparents Mary & Todd Smith and Paul & Lisa Zuraw, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be missed beyond measure.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Piper will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Church of the Nativity. The Rite of Committal and interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
