Robert William Boll

Robert William Boll, 71, of Ladson, SC, husband to Carol Boll (Mangelsdorf) for 38 years, entered into eternal rest on December 19, 2021, surrounded by his family.

Born on November 24, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY, Robert was a son of Doris Boll (Dannhardt) and the late Frederick Boll.

Robert was a loving husband and father.

He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed watching sports and westerns on television and traveling with his family. Robert was a 22 year veteran of the United States Navy, stationed at various shipyards and deployed many times on various ships throughout his career.

Besides his wife, Carol, Robert is survived by a brother, Richard Boll (Ronnie) and sister-in-law Eileen Wagner (Karl), nephews, Brian Wagner and Jason Wagner (Kaitlyn), a niece Danielle Astle (Kyle), great nephews, Jake and Luke Wagner and a special friend Richard Brown.

Robert was preceded in death by his father Frederick, daughter, Tracy Lynn Boll and in-laws, Caroline and Robert Mangelsdorf.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10:15am to the start of the service at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 714 Riverdale Drive, Charleston, SC 29414.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 11:00am at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 714 Riverdale Drive, Charleston, SC 29414.
