William Gerard Webber

William Gerard Webber, 68, of Myrtle Beach, husband to Georgine Marie Webber (Ertler) of 23 years, entered into eternal rest on May 11, 2021, surrounded by loving family.

Born on October 07, 1952 in Elyria, William was a son of the late Norman Webber and Irene Webber, (Stang). William lived in Avon Lake, Ohio for over 20 years. He retired after 30 years from Cuyahoga Community College as a Systems Engineer.

William was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Elyria Township, he was a Member of the church choir and a Eucharistic Minister. He enjoyed helping people and volunteered to maintain the churches computer.

William enjoyed Bluegrass Music, History especially Civil War, loved to travel and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Besides his wife, William is survived by his son, Eric Webber, three step children, Dawn Crawford (Martin), Phillip Martin, Trevor White (Julie), four grandchildren, his brother Lance Webber, sister's Karen Smith (Webber) and Martha Klassen (Webber), brother & sister in law, Jule and Pat Ertler, and many nieces and nephews.
