William E Reed III

William E Reed III, 67 of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.Born on December 15, 1955 in Charleston, SC was a Son of the late Shirley Reed (Tripp) and William Reed Jr.

William was a Charleston County Deputy Sheriff for 42 years and was a member of Union Kilwinning Lodge Number 4.

 William is preceded in death by his parents William Reed Jr and  Shirley Reed,  son in law Jared Murphy, and his brother Terry Reed.

 William is survived by wife Donna Reed , Sabrina Murphy, Rachel and Bruce Orr, David and Brandy Bayless, Austin Reed, Henry and Barbara Mruk, eight grandchildren and one great grandson. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday June 24 at 10 am and the service will be held at 11:00 AM at McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation - Goose Creek, 869 St. James Avenue in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

The burial will be held at Berkeley Memorial Gardens in Moncks Corner, South Carolina following the service.
