You handled cremation for our beloved cat Stewie who left us at age 21. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and supportive. I remember bringing him in and sitting in the lobby. A wonderful gentleman brought a recieving cart out for our precious boy. He was treated with the same dignity and respect as a human. I cannot express to you how much it meant to me. Forever grateful. Thank you for everything during a very difficult time and for being so easy to work with.

I lost my fur baby girl Maggie in August. She was the love of my life. The McAlister Smith team made it easier. They were compassionate and helpful. Very responsive any time I needed anything. I loved the clay paw print and lock of hair. Thank you so much.
