We recognize that many circumstances arise as you are handling the affairs of your loved one. We would like to honor the following community partners for their commitment to service delivery excellence. By no means is this listing exhaustive.

The ARK of SC The ARK of SC is a 501(c)3 organization that provides support services to families living with the daily challenges of memory loss. For over 27 years, The ARK of SC has served caregivers in the Lowcountry through comprehensive services such as:

- Respite: The social respite and early memory loss programs (Navigation Club) allows caregivers to take valuable time for themselves while their loved one is engaging in a social club. Locations are Summerville and Harleyville.

- Support: Caregivers are not alone in their caregiving journey and support groups allow the space to converse with other caregivers in the community. The ARK facilitates four in-person support groups and one virtual support group.

- Education: The ARK presents Powerful Tools for Caregivers; a caregiver education series. This free series teaches caregivers how to prioritize themselves while they are caring for a loved one. Free memory screenings available by appointment.

- Consultation and Resource Referral: The ARK provides caregivers free consultations and resource referrals. We schedule a time to discuss the needs of the caregiver, their loved one and family to assess how best we can serve them. An appointment is required for consultations.

Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy serves first responders, survivors of traumatic loss, and the community as a whole across Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties. What began more than 30 years ago as a way to serve first responders has grown to reach all corners of our community. When someone traumatically loses a loved one to homicide, suicide, drowning, fire/traffic fatality, or another traumatic death, Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy is called to the scene to care for loved ones. Chaplains, peer support, and resources, are provided to open up access to a continuum of grief care for survivors following their loss. First responders are supported immediately following traumatic calls and in the day to day stressors of their profession. Within our community, chaplains participate in community events and walks to promote the dignity and sacred worth of all. www.coastalcrisischaplain.org\
